Will geography cause any issues with my project?
Though we are available to meet with all of our clients regardless
of location, we've successfully worked with individuals, organizations
and companies around the globe without ever shaking hands. With
the extensive means of communication available, the geographical
distance is irrelevant.
How much will my project cost?
Project cost depends entirely on the requirements of your project.
Each project is different and is treated as such. We
would be happy to provide you with a free, accurate, no obligation

How does payment for my project work?
Once we have a scope of your project and are under contract,
we will ask for a deposit in the amount of fifty percent of
the design & development services, plus any prepaid services
you opt to receive. The balance of the design & development
(after a project reconciliation) is due prior to the launch
of your project.
My project requires security - is this included?
If your project requires security for ecommerce capabilities
or the transmission of any sensitive data, we will be able to
advise you on the type of security you may need. With GeoTrust
as our partner, we can provide you
with a vast selection of security products.
Once my project launches, how will people find it?
When we design & develop your project, we include search
engine optimization as part of the initial design. This, combined
with many other services available (such as search engine registration
and pay per click marketing campaigns) can improve your results
significantly.
Can you guarantee placement on the search engines?
There are two types of listings on search engines - "organic"
and "sponsored". Though we can help you with both,
part of our job is to design & develop your project in such
a way that it improves your "organic" listings. If
you want an absolute, guaranteed placement on the search engines,
a pay per click campaign
would be your solution.
Other companies charge up to $500 for "guaranteed placement
within 48 hours". Here's how they do that: out of the $500
you give them, they place a small portion in a pay per click
campaign and quickly contact you as soon as your results appear.
Once that small portion runs out, your site is nowhere to be
found.
How long will it take to complete my project?
Timeframes vary from project to project. One of the major factors
that plays a role is the ability for the client to fulfill requests
and provide information & materials in a timely manner.
Once we understand the scope of work to be completed, we will
provide you with a realistic timeframe for your project.
